Our competitors proudly represented the Mizfits BJJ Academy Split in Sarajevo, once again showcasing their fighting spirit, progress, and true sportsmanship. The tournament was also a great opportunity for socializing, exchanging experiences, and making new friendships with people from across the region who share the same passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
- 🥋 Andrija Košta – After losing on points in his first match, he came back with a triangle submission win and secured a silver medal.
- 🥋 Luka Elez – Stopped in the first match by an ankle lock from saddle position. While we believed such a move was prohibited in his age category due to knee reaping, Luka performed maturely and bravely.
- 🥋 Duje Dobronić – Total domination. First match ended 16:0, and the second was a win by americana submission.
Beyond sporting success, this weekend brought many beautiful moments off the mats. Our fighters bonded with competitors from other clubs, exchanged experiences, and strengthened friendships that are the foundation of our BJJ community.
