This past weekend, our fighters took part in the Submission Grappling Championship 7 in Sarajevo – one of the largest grappling tournaments in the region. This year’s event gathered an impressive 344 competitors from various countries – possibly setting a new record for the tournament! 🥋🔥
Mizfits BJJ Academy Split was proudly represented by a team that showed heart, determination, and true sportsmanship at every moment. For several of our athletes, this was their very first time stepping onto the competition mats – and each of them gave it their all, proudly wearing our club’s colors.
Highlighting our performance, Luka Elez earned a silver medal in the Adult Male No-Gi / Beginner / -57 kg division! 🥈
